The Salon du Chocolat in Lille

The second edition of the Salon du Chocolat in Lille that was held from 9th to 11th March at Lille Grand Palais attracted 20,042 attendees. The event showcased the know-how of artisans in Nord-Pas de Calais and enabled all chocolate lovers to discover the secrets of this exceptional product.

60 participants presented their talent and their products on a 6,000sqm exhibition space. Some 30 chefs and speakers among the major actors in the chocolate field followed one another to propose a complete programme of demonstrations of recipes, pastry courses, live performances and tastings.

Given this warmful welcome and this success, the Salon du Chocolat will be back again in Lille for a third edition from Friday 1^st to Sunday 3^rd March, 2013.
